ALES 100 Celebrations Come to an End
What a year it’s been!
From our opening ceremonies in October 2014 to our Centennial Lecture Series, regional events, Old Country Fair on South Campus and the 15th edition of the Bar None Alumni Dinner, and more, we’ve had a wonderful time celebrating our first century!
We made up a song about our faculty, listened to fascinating speakers on the issues of biodiversity, food, nature, quilts and the connection between food and health, had a special convocation ceremony for our Class of 2015, spent some time at the beautiful Devonian Botanic Garden, and held a good old fashioned Country Fair on South Campus during Alumni Weekend. And to top it all off, we hosted a very special Bar None Alumni Dinner by inviting all 600 recipients who have received a Bar None scholarship, award or bursary since the inception of the Bar None Endowment Fund in 2001.
Whether you attended one or several of our events in the past year, thank you for being part of our ALES 100 celebrations! We couldn’t have done it without you.
